Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said Tuesday that the government will review all lithium mining concessions after the lower house of Congress passed a bill to nationalize the lithium industry.
Previous administrations granted concessions that cover 150,000 hectares of lithium deposits, but "that has to be reviewed and it has to be seen if the procedures were complied with," AMLO, as the president is known, said at his daily press conference on Tuesday.
