Argentine anti-trust agency CNDC has voiced objections against the acquisition of Ingrear Holding by a year-old venture of US ingredients maker Ingredion and Grupo Arcor, one of the biggest food processing companies in Argentina, on concerns that it could limit competition in the food and beverage ingredients market.
