Argentina said Monday that it approved plans to borrow up to $250 million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for a job training program.
The labor ministry will oversee the use the funds to expand job training and certification for men and women without tertiary education, according to a presidential decree. The government did not provide details on the loan from the IBRD, part of the World Bank.
