IDB Invest, the private sector affiliate of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), said Wednesday that it sold its first sustainability bonds, issuing $1 billion worth of three-year notes to fund environmental, social and governance (ESG) projects. The new 2.625% 2025 notes priced at 99.691 to yield 2.733%, or 32 basis points over SOFR mid-swaps, IDB Invest said in a press release.
