Nucleoeléctrica Argentina, the state-owned nuclear power company in Argentina, is in talks with its Chinese counterpart, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), to finance 100% of an $8.3 billion project to build a fourth nuclear power plant in the country, Nucleoeléctrica vice president Jorge Sidelnik said.
