São Paulo's stock exchange picks André Milanez to replace Daniel Sonder in April

The B3 stock exchange in São Paulo said it has nominated André Milanez to be its new CFO, effective April 29, according to a securities filing. Milanez has worked at the stock exchange since 2009. He will replace Daniel Sonder, who became CFO in 2015, according to B3. Sonder was a "key person" when BM&FBovespa merged with Cetip to form B3. He also had a hand in creating the Dimensa joint venture with local software company Totvs and acquiring technology company Neoway for BRL1.8 billion ($35
