Panama's Fountain Hydro Power Corp, a joint venture between Norwegian renewable energy company Agua Imara and local lender Credicorp Group, plans to issue up to $110 million worth of bonds in the local market, a source involved in the told LatinFinance on Monday. Fountain will issue 10-year bonds at a fixed rate of 5.25% with Banco General and Banistmo as structuring agents, the joint venture said in a securities filing.
