Trilogy International Partners, a US-based wireless and fixed broadband telecommunications operator, said it has agreed to sell its 71.5% stake in Nuevatel, a leading mobile phone operator in Bolivia, to a unit of Peru-based wireless network operator Balesia Group. Bellevue, Washington-based Trilogy did not say why it was selling the stake in Nuevatel, which is better known by its brand name Viva.
