Empresas Copec, one of the biggest fuel retailers in Chile, said it has invested in four start-ups to accelerate its energy transition business, including in electric vehicles and green hydrogen. The Santiago-based company acquired an 80% stake in Chilean electro-mobility software developer Dhemax Ingenieros and invested in Israel's H2Pro, Australia's Zoomo and Canada's Busbud, according to a statement.
