The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) said Wednesday that it signed a $150 million loan to Colombia's Banco Davivienda to boost lending to micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). More than 30% of the JICA loan is earmarked for women-run MSMEs, the Japanese lender said in a press release.
