Argentine Economy Minister Martín Guzmán started negotiations on Tuesday with the Paris Club of lenders to extend the repayment on a $2.4 billion loan, as he sets his sights on improving the conditions for investing in the country, starting with the energy sector. Guzmán traveled to Paris for the talks on the extension, only days before the loan falls due on March 31.
