Brazilian real estate company Tegra Incorporadora has issued BRL265 million ($53.5 million) in green debentures to fund investments in energy efficient buildings, it said in a securities filing on Friday. São Paulo-based Tegra priced the new 2025 notes at the DI interbank lending plus 1.9% in a deal arranged by Bradesco BBI, it said in the filing.
