Chilean energy company Empresas Gasco will have to look for a new CEO after Víctor Turpaud resigned for personal reasons, a move to take effect on April 30, while separately the country's securities regulator has a new president.
Gasco did not say when it could name a replacement, according to a securities filing on Wednesday.
