Advent International, a Boston-based private equity firm, has reached a deal to buy the 49% it does not already own in Argentine payments company Prisma Medio de Pago for $350 million, according to local media reports on Tuesday. Advent will buy the stake from a group of 14 banks and Visa International, taking its holding to 100%, according to the reports.
