Arab development funds to finance $1 bln in infrastructure projects this year and next

Argentina has lined up $1 billion in financing from Middle Eastern development funds for infrastructure projects over the next two years, including in energy, power transmission and electric mobility, Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero said on Monday. The financing will be focused on projects to help Argentina adapt its infrastructure to climate change and transition to net-zero carbon emissions, according to a statement.
