Argentina's lower house of Congress approved plans on Friday to refinance the country's $44.5 billion debt with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), but the thumbs-down by a leftist faction of the ruling coalition has raised concerns that the deal may not get through the Senate in time for a $2.8 billion payment due on March 22.
