South American development bank CAF has granted some $1.26 billion in loans to fund sustainable projects in Colombia, Panama, Ecuador and Paraguay, it announced on Tuesday.
For Colombia, CAF approved two loans for $600 million, including $300 million for creative industries in the so-called orange economy, the development bank said in a press release. CAF also said it contributed $300 million to a loan with other multilateral agencies to fund green projects in Colombia.
