Brazilian medical services Alliar has named CFO Karla Dolabella as interim CEO to replace Ricardo Lustosa, it said in a securities filing on Monday. Dolabella joined Alliar in April last year "and has contributed substantially to the execution of the company's strategy," Alliar said in the filing. Lustosa became CEO of Alliar in October last year, less than five months after he joined the company. He submitted his resignation on Monday, Alliar said.
