Banco Falabella, the consumer credit division of Chilean retailer Falabella, is looking to issue up to COP600 billion ($153 million) in bonds in Colombia, Fitch Ratings said in a report on Thursday.
The consumer lender could price multiple series of peso-denominated notes at fixed or floating rates with maturities from one to 10 years, Fitch said.
Fitch gave the bond a AAA rating on the local scale, saying Banco Falabella can count on support from the parent company in case of default.
