Chilean financial services and health insurance company Inversiones La Construcción (ILC) sold $300 million worth of 10-year bonds on Monday, less than the $400 million it had aimed to raise to pay off debt, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance. ILC priced the new 4.75% 2032 notes at 98.051 to yield 5% after opening the initial price talk around the same rate, the source said.
