The Brazilian branch of Spanish bank Santander has completed the procedures to delist its merchant payments platform Getnet from the local stock market and Nasdaq, it said in a securities filing on Friday. PagoNxt Merchant Solutions, a subsidiary of Santander Brazil, wrapped up the public delisting tender offer in Brazil and the United States. Getnet said that the equivalent of 49.7% floating shares were bought back, including 1.1 million common shares and 2.75 million preferred shares at BRL2.3
