Paraguay expects to borrow as much as $550 million from two multilateral banks and could issue up to $548 million in bonds in the international or local markets to fund next year's budget, Deputy Finance Minister Ivan Haas told LatinFinance on Thursday.
"We are not going to be able to finance everything with loans and we are going to have to resort to bonds," Haas said. "The strategy is to find the right moment."
