Enel takes out two loans in Colombia

The Colombian subsidiary of Italian power company Enel borrowed $94.2 million from local lender Bancolombia to increase its electricity generation and distribution capacity. Enel Colombia signed an agreement for a seven-year, sustainability-linked loan for COP360 billion ($75.5 million), according to a securities filing.
