Minas Gerais state power company Cemig said Monday that it plans to repurchase all $241 million in 9.25% 2024 bonds that investors tendered in a buyback offer, short of the target of $250 million. The company offered late last month to pay $1,031.25 for every $1,000 in principal, including a $50 premium for bondholders who turned in their notes by the early deadline on December 9.
