Vibra, CBA appoint new CEOs

Brazilian fuel distribution company Vibra Energia said its board of directors elected Ernesto Pousada to a two-year term as CEO, while Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio (CBA) said it promoted Luciano Alves to CEO from CFO, according to securities filings. Pousada joins Vibra from local logistics company VLI, where he has been CEO since 2019. He starts the job in February next year.
