Colombian power company Isagen said it modified the terms of two existing bank loans to convert them into sustainable financing for green energy projects.
The two loans from SMBC total $241 million and now form part of Isagen's so-called Green Line of financing, the company said in a securities filing.
The transactions are linked to recent clean energy investments, the Medellín-based firm said without providing further details about the projects or the financing.
