Mexican real estate investment trust (REIT) FibraHotel said Monday that it published a framework for sustainability-linked financing, including bonds and loans, with a second-party opinion from S&P Global Ratings. FibraHotel aims to get 20% of energy from renewable sources by 2027 and also reduce energy consumption by 34% by installing new lighting fixtures and air conditioning units in its hotels.
