Arcor wraps up international bond swap

Argentine food processing company Arcor said Wednesday that it received enough bondholder participation in an exchange offer to swap the $450 million in outstanding 6% 2023 international bonds for up to $500 million in new notes. The Arroyito, Córdoba-based company got 74.4% participation in the offer to exchange the dollar-denominated bonds for new notes paying 8.25% interest and maturing in 2027, it said in a securities filing.
