A fund managed by the Colombian subsidiary of Brazilian investment bank BTG Pactual plans to sell shares in online grocer Merqueo, Bloomberg Línea reported. The fund received about 45 million Merqueo shares in lieu of payment from the backers of Colombia's bankrupt discount chain Justo & Bueno, according to the news service. In May, the fund reached an agreement with Panama-based Ori Capital, a guarantor of Justo & Bueno, as the troubled retail chain sought to avoid liquidation. The fund
