Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos (AySA), the biggest water utility company in Argentina, asked bondholders on Monday to exchange all $500 million in outstanding 6.625% 2023 bonds for newly issued 7.9% 2026 bonds. AySA offered to pay $350 million in cash and $64 in new notes for every $1,000 in 2023 bonds by the early deadline on December 8, it said in a press release.
