Ecuadorian holding company Corporación El Rosado is looking to recruit IDB Invest, the private sector affiliate of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), as an anchor investor in an upcoming bond sale in the local market. IDB Invest could purchase $20 million out of $25 million in the planned five-year bond sale, leaving $5 million for other investors, according to information on the multilateral lender's website.
