El Salvador seeks CAF loan

El Salvador is looking to borrow $75 million from South American development bank CAF to fund healthcare programs, Finance Minister Alejandro Zelaya said on Tuesday. "CAF, in this case, is a cheap source of financing for the country and which all countries can access," Zelaya said in an interview on local television program Frente a Frente on Telecorporación Salvadoreña (TCS).
