Colombia's Transportadora de Gas Internacional (TGI) said it has agreed to repurchase $156 million of its 5.55% 2028 bonds after increasing the amount it was prepared to buy from the initial $150 million. TGI, a division of city-owned energy company Grupo de Energía de Bogotá, accepted $135 million worth bonds by the early deadline on October and a further $21 million by the final deadline on October 24, it said in a press release on Tuesday.
