Edenor, the largest electricity distribution company in Argentina, said it swapped $4 million in 9.75% international bonds maturing this month for 9.75% 2025 social bonds that it issued earlier this year, less than the $26.2 million it had hoped to exchange in the deal.
Edenor had offered $1,030 for every $1,000 in principal for the 2022s, split between $630 in new notes and $400 in cash, the company said in a press release on Saturday.
