Chilean builder files for bankruptcy

Chilean construction firm Claro, Vicuña, Valenzuela (CVV) filed for bankruptcy in a court in Santiago, saying cost inflation, labor shortages and government bureaucracy contributed to its financial woes, according to local press reports.
