Colombian regulator clears IHC bid for Nutresa

Colombia’s financial regulator Superfinanciera has given the green light for International Holding Company (IHC) to commence a public offering for shares in local food processing company Nutresa, according to local press reports. The Abu Dhabi-based conglomerate's bid for up to 31.3% of Nutresa's shares will run from November 3 to November 18., Valora Analitik reported. IHC is offering $15 a share, though it can adjust the offer price if necessary to match seller expectations, the report said. T
