Argentina received $3.8 billion from the International Monetary Fund on Friday after the multilateral lender completed the second review of the 30-month Extended Fund Facility (EFF) for the country, the IMF said.
The lender said that the country met program targets, including for net international reserves and monetary financing of the fiscal deficit.
The disbursement took to $17.5 billion the total made so far under the $44 billion EFF.
