British bank HSBC could prepare an offer to buy Citibanamex from US financial group Citi, Jorge Arce, CEO of the bank in Mexico, said at a press conference on Tuesday. "We are looking at the possibility. I am not saying yes or no, but given the size, given the importance, you always have to keep your eyes open," Arce said.
