The Central American Bottling Corporation (CBC) sold $1.1 billion worth of seven-year sustainability-linked bonds (SLBs) on Thursday to fund the buyback of notes that mature in 2027, according to a source close to the deal. CBC priced the new 5.23% 2029 bonds at 99.266 to yield 5.375%, the source said.
