Chilean power transmission company Sociedad de Transmisión Austral (STA) is looking to make its debut in the international debt market with the sale of up to $390 million in 10-year green bonds, a source close to the deal told LatinFinance. STA has hired Itaú BBA and Scotiabank as joint bookrunners and began calling investors on Friday, the source said.
