Brazilian rental car company Movida Participaçoes added $300 million to its 5.25% 2031 sustainability-linked bonds (SLBs) on Wednesday, pricing the tap at par after orders after orders reached $850 million, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance.
São Paulo-based Movida opened the initial price talk around 99.25 before it launched the deal at par, the source said. Itaú BBA, Morgan Stanley, BTG Pactual, Citi, Santander, UBS and XP Investimentos were the bookrunners, he added.
