Cencosud files for IPO in Brazil

The Brazilian arm of Chilean retailer Cencosud has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) on B3, that Brazilian stock exchange, to raise funds for potential mergers and acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield investment, and e-commerce and logistics projects, according to a securities filing.
