Airport and toll road operator Odinsa, a subsidiary of Colombian conglomerate Grupo Argos, and Australia's Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) have formed an investment fund for toll roads in Colombia, Peru and Chile, according to a statement from Grupo Argos on Thursday.
