IEnova, the Mexican subsidiary of US energy company Sempra Energy, has borrowed $600 million from Scotiabank to finance construction projects and fund daily operations, according to a securities filing.
IEnova took out a new one-year loan for $250 million and renewed a two-year revolving credit facility for $350 million from the Canadian lender, it said in the filing on Thursday.
