Brazilian mining and logistics company MLog said it has renegotiated debt from the acquisition of inland shipping subsidiary Companhia de Navegação da Amazônia (CNA) and lowered its current liabilities by BRL62 million ($11.7 million), according to a securities filing.
Asgaard Shipping, the offshore shipping division of MLog, acquired CNA from Grupo Libra in 2016 and took on outstanding loans from local banks Bradesco and Itaú Unibanco.
