Telecommunications company Millicom International Cellular said Wednesday that it added $336 million to its 4.5% 2031 bonds to swap for outstanding 6.625% 2026 notes.
For bondholders who met the early deadline on September 21, the Nasdaq-listed telco agreed to give $1,018.12 in 2031 bonds for every $1,000 in 2026 notes, including a cash payment for accrued and unpaid interest.
