Brazilian energy company Energisa said it has borrowed BRL166 million ($31.4 million) from national development bank BNDES to build transmission lines in the states of Tocantins and Bahia, according to a securities filing. The 20-year loan charges the IPCA consumer price index plus 4.9% and comes with a three-year grace period.
