Brazilian water and wastewater company Aegea Saneamento plans to issue BRL800 million ($152 million) in debentures in the local market, raising money to pay off debt, it said in a securities filing on Thursday.
The seven-year notes are expected to price at the DI interbank lending rate plus 2.15%, Aegea said in the filing.
