Argentine oil producer Compañía General de Combustibles (CGC) said it raised $120 million in the sale of two series of dollar-linked bonds in the local market to help finance a natural gas exploration and production project in southern Patagonia, the second deal it has maxed out this year.
The company had sought to sell a minimum of $100 million in the deal but increased that to the maximum after receiving offers for a total of $141 million, according to a securities filing.
