B3, the company that operates the stock exchange São Paulo, said Wednesday that it sold $700 million worth of 10-year sustainability-linked bonds (SLBs) on Wednesday, tying the interest rate to efforts to hire more women.
B3 priced the new 2031 notes at par to yield 4.125% after putting the initial price talk in the mid- to high-4% area and setting guidance at 4.375%, plus or minus 12.5 basis points, according to a source involved in the deal.
